David R. Dargo, Attorney at Law, is originally from Columbus, Ohio but grew up in Northwest Indiana. He first began working for The Law Offices of Charles P. Dargo when he was in high school. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in both political science and English. He then went on to study at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he received his law degree.
During law school, David worked for several local attorneys who focused mainly on disability law and cases involving the Indiana Department of Child Services. He additionally completed an externship where he served the Marion County Superior Court under the Honorable Judge Kurt Eisgruber.
After graduating from law school, David returned to the area where he grew up to join the Law Offices of Charles P. Dargo. Here, he works as a litigation attorney alongside his father and sister, serving his hometown community.
Brittany M. Dargo, Attorney at Law, was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Northwest Indiana. She has been working for The Law Offices of Charles P. Dargo off and on since she was in middle school. She is a Purdue University West Lafayette graduate. She received her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana.
During law school, she worked with a nonprofit in Marion County where she served as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in abuse and neglect cases, juvenile cases, and civil disputes. She additionally was a member of the Indiana Health Law Review, a specialty periodical that focuses on health law and policy.
After receiving her law degree, she went on to practice alongside her father and brother at the Law Offices of Charles P. Dargo near where she grew up. She is currently admitted to the Indiana Supreme Court and both the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Indiana.
